What can I expect a typical day to look like at the retreat?
Each day begins with sunrise meditation or gentle yoga, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Throughout the day, you'll enjoy guided workshops, movement sessions, and reflective journaling. Afternoons include rest time, optional excursions, or one-on-one support. Evenings are reserved for healing circles, sound baths, or quiet connection under the stars. It's a balanced blend of structure and soul care.
Is this retreat suitable for beginners in yoga, meditation, or holistic wellness?
Absolutely, our retreat was intentionally designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you're just starting or returning to yourself, every session is guided gently and mindfully. No experience required - just an open heart.
How much free time will I have for personal reflection or exploring on my own?
There is plenty of built-in time for rest, journaling, exploring the local area, or simply doing nothing. I believe healing happens in stillness too - so your schedule is intentionally not overpacked. You'll never feel rushed.
Where exactly is the retreat held, and what are the accommodations like?
We host the retreat in a peaceful, safe and private eco-luxury villas- surrounded by nature, near the ocean, and removed from the hustle of tourist zones. Accommodations are shared or private (depending on your booking), air-conditioned, clean, and designed to help you unwind and reset in comfort.
Is the retreat safe for solo travelers, especially women?
Yes, it is. Many of our guests travel solo. As a nurse practitioner, safety is my top priority - from the property to transportation to medical preparedness. You'll be in a supportive environment where you're seen, respected, and protected.
What kind of meals are provided, and can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
You'll enjoy fresh, locally sourced meals prepared by an in-house chef - focused on nourishment and flavor. We happily accommodate dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Just let us know in advance, and we'll take care of you.
Will there be access to medical support or assistance if needed?
Yes, as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, I am present throughout the retreat and carry a basic medical kit for any minor health concerns. While we don't offer full clinical services, your well-being is monitored closely and thoughtfully. Safety is #1 for our guests and staff.

Participants who are medically/ mentally unstable or detoxing from illegal or prescribed medications will not be accepted at our wellness retreats. Top Tier Nursing Services is not responsible to medically treat or triage unstable individuals whom require a higher level of care.
How will this retreat help me reset or heal from burnout, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm?
This retreat is more than a getaway - it's a guided healing experience. We focus on regulating your nervous system through movement, breathwork, inner child healing, connection, and education. You'll learn how to shift from survival mode to wholeness with real tools that you can take home. You'll feel seen, heard, and restored.
What kind of people usually attend this retreat - will I fit in?
Our community is made up of adults from all walks of life - professionals, caregivers, creatives, and healers. Most come looking to recharge from stress, rediscover themselves, or step into a new season. If you're craving stillness, truth, or reconnection with yourself, you belong here.
What's included in the retreat cost, and are there payment plans or scholarships available?
The retreat includes your lodging, all meals, airport transfers, workshops, daily wellness activities, and healing experiences.
Airfare is not included. We offer payment plans to make the retreat more accessible and discounts for returning guests or groups.
